Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at THT 2024. Create awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promote a satellite program, or simply remind attendees of your company's presence at THT 2024 by sponsoring a promotional opportunity! All promotional opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

THT 2024 Sponsorship LOA

Cost: $20,000.00

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the meeting area. Place your company or product logo on the wireless internet home page with a link to your company website.

Deadline for submission: January 5, 2024

Cost: $25,000.00

The Interstitial Screen will be displayed full screen for four seconds when the app is started. The text will state, “The CRF Events App is brought to you by” and the sponsor’s name. Attendees rely on the CRF Events App to stay up to date with everything CTO, before and after arriving on-site. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Deadline for submission: January 12, 2024

Cost: $9,500.00 per banner

Banners will rotate through a maximum of five ads appearing for four seconds of each screen of the CRF Events App. Attendees rely on the CRF Events App to stay up to date with everything CTO, before and after arriving on-site. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Cost: $7,500.00 per Notification

Increase your brand awareness by sending a text push notification to all CTO attendees through the CRF Events App. This opportunity is exclusive for the day designated and any one time of your choice! Text limit is 140 characters and includes a URL redirect.

Cost: $12,000.00 (Friday or Saturday morning)

Greet attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your booth with hotel room door drops. Your company’s message can be placed outside or under the hotel room door for receipt Friday or Saturday morning.

Cost: $8,000.00 for one single-sided meter board sign
$11,000.00 for one double-sided meter board sign

Show your support by sponsoring the official CTO Plus 2024 conference lanyard! Each attendee will receive this sponsored logo item during registration and will wear it throughout the duration of the meeting.

Place your company logo on a square floor decal and direct attendees to your workshop as they walk through the venue. Exact placement TBD

Hotel key cards are the first items attendees see when they check into the hotel and are used throughout their stay at the Westin Boston Seaport Hotel. Brand the key cards and sleeves and be the first to welcome attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your hands-on training workshop!

Cost: $20,000.00

Your company’s message is placed on the glass panels of the escalator bank going from the hotel lobby down to the THT conference and exhibit area. This is an excellent way to catch attendees’ eyes and let them know who you are and where they can find you!

Project your company's message on a brand new 33' x 19' video screen right in the lobby of The Westin Boston Seaport District! Everyone walking through the lobby will see it throughout the duration of THT 2024!
